OUR STORY.

While working in corporate America, Keshee D. Smith was hired as a  Change Management consultant with access to Fortune 500 companies dealing progressively to maximize enterprise resource issues such contract, financial tools, supply chain process, etc. After which it was her primary duty to then access if there needed to be an adjustment or system update for optimal production and success as well project management  to identify  process changes and cost effective solutions. By doing so for many years, Keshee learned hands-on that change is hard but change is inevitable and will always occur

 

Now she is working across projects and industries to apply the same concepts to small businesses and making sure there are enough funds to both start and sustain a new business. Business start ups and Entrepreneurship is something to take pride in and each phase of the process is prestigious. When developing a new business venture becomes a part of you then you take pride in it and that feeling of accomplish is prestigious.

In 2018, Prestige Consultancy, blossomed into what it is today - a business boutique that focuses on minority business startup/business development, market growth, target audience analysis, product/service development, and the new business launch process.
