Prestige Property Management

OUR STORY.
The how - as a third generation property owner in the south, establishing generational wealth was introduced to Keshee by inheriting land from her grandparents. She has successfully maintained land and property based on the lessons taught to her particularly by her later grandfather, Mr. Reginald E. Dozier (second generation land and property owner). Continuing generational wealth with land ownership encouraged her to purchase her first 55 acres of land!
Her grandparents were both educators in Rural Alabama. Mr. Dozier was an Educational Administrator, Black Farmer owning one of the largest farms in west Alabama, and residential/commercial property owner. The Dozier family also was apart of the Black Famers Class Act Lawsuit, but Mr. Dozier passed before receiving what was rightfully owed to him and his family.
It was at this time that, Keshee D. Smith (4th generation), decided to ensure that the remaining properties passed down by her grandfather would be kept within the family for generations to come and to become a land/property own herself.
The need for land in small and developing communities is one of the main goals for the Prestige Property Management Services.
