MISSION.
To create a workforce development training/internship program to develop the next generation of public health and administrative professionals pipeline needs in the black belt region of Alabama.

VISION.
To provide 25 scholarship stipends to female seniors attending a four year college or university in or out of state with an area of focus of public health and administration, health and human services, business administration, Human Resources, and or finance. The selected recipients will not only receive a scholarship but also a 6 week summer internship program to shadow workforce processionals within their fields of study.

To create workforce development series and seed funding to generate pipelines of minority entrepreneurs across our service area regions.
